I have wagered on countless of rounds of blackjack. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
