I have wagered on millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Bet $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $10 bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80

Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original $80 bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 wager

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
